Little is known of Barrel Springs. Only one building remains today, along with a well and a few small graves. The Ben Constant family has owned and may still own the property. Ben died of a heart attack in 1973. There are several Constant boys and some of them may still live in Lovelock as the family owned property outside of town on the way to Seven Troughs. Shirley Constant, Ben's wife has remarried. As seen in the pictures, someone has put food and water in the building. It is only speculation that it was a member of the Constant family.
